Connor Hawkins, MD, FRCPC
Dr Hawkins completed a two year training program in transference-focused psychotherapy (TFP) through Columbia University and TFP New York. He completed medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia, and a B.Sc. at McGill. Dr Hawkins is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC where he is involved in the psychiatry residency training program. He has published on the topic of personality disorder in the Harvard Review of Psychiatry.
Robert Nathan, MD, PhD, FRCPC
Dr Nathan is a certified group psychotherapist and has trained in transference-focused psychotherapy with TFP-Québec. Dr Nathan sees patients in both English and French. Dr Nathan is a Clinical Instructor in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. He completed medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia. Prior to this he completed a PhD at Dalhousie University. He is the author of multiple peer reviewed publications including on the history of psychiatry.
Jessie Brazier, MD, FRCPC
Dr Brazier completed undergraduate studies at Western University, followed by medical school at McMaster University and psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia. She is a clinical instructor in the UBC Faculty of Medicine. During residency she was involved in research on personality disorder treatment readiness. Alongside her individual and group TFP practice, she works across a range of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry.
